PressTV uses 'Day After Tomorrow' photo for Sandy article

Things are pretty bad in lower Manhattan right now, but the image of New Yorkers fleeing a massive tsunami on this article from Iran's PressTV still didn't look quite right. Likely, because it's a still from the 2004 eco-disaster move The Day After Tomorrow. 

Are the actual photos really not dramatic enough?
