honestly, I used to like him until he got into politics where his understanding is very thin...same for letterman, same for that idiotic mahrer...I used to like all of them until I grew up and started seeing the world as it REALLY is.

He's an economic conservative, pro-life, and of course national security issues. In the eyes of this independent, the fact that he's pro-environment is an asset. (Also, I'm sure he's not the only Republican to have adopted, since that's pretty consistent with being pro-life.).
