Lee Myung-bak: North Korea must rejoin talks

"Denuclearization is a prerequisite for reunification of Korea," South Korean president Lee Myung-bak said in his speech. Lee urged North Korea to rejoin the six-party talks "without any preconditions."

He also promised to "increase dialogue and exchanges" between the two Koreas and said he was at work on a grand bargain for the dismantlement of the North Korean nuclear program and the resumption of talks.
