Iranian authorities are allegedly "locking down" major cities in anticipation of a potentially overwhelming demonstration tomorrow. July 9, 2009 marks the 10th anniversary of an incident that saw as many as 10,000 protestors taking to the streets after a reformist newspaper was shuttered and its defenders physically attacked by security forces.
