I'm glad to see that Dawn, one of Pakistan's major newspapers, has finally redesigned its Web site. But evidently there are still a few kinks to work out:

If I'm not mistaken, that picture shows Japanese Foreign Minister Hirofumi Nakasone, who is organizing a donors' conference for Pakistan later this month.
