A Mexican police sharpshooter stands on the skid of a chopper overflying Mexico City's streets and avenues in search of car thieves March 19, 2009. This special operation against car theft managed to reduce by 20 percent this sort of crime in the last month, authorities said.

Treat they like animals...

..and they'll behave like animals.

I learned that from one of my favorite movies: Lean On Me.

This image is just a perfect visual to the problem. Things have gotten so bad that they've just resorted to shooting people who commit crimes.

Now, I'm no bleeding heart but truthfully, for the problem to stop you have to kill it at the root, not just react to crime. Crimes like these are out of lacking things of necessity. Fix that, and things will clean up quickly.

What?

Sarah Palin would not need a mask? What does that even mean? I feel like my head is going to explode. Are you saying that Sarah Palin is so awesome that she would shoot car thief's from a helicopter without wearing a mask? And are you serious when you call this comment anti Republican? You do realize the context of the joke right?

The opponents of Republicans can only hope that there are more Palin supporters like you. It will assure an easy Obama election in 2012. Please run Palin.
