• Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero

His boss, Barack Obama, called these guys:

• Saakashvili
• President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo of the Philippines
• President Abdullah Gul of Turkey

Meanwhile, President George W. Bush called Moammar el-Qaddafi.
