U.S. Vice President-elect Joe Biden called the following list of world leaders today, according to the Obama campaign:

  • Colombian President Álvaro Uribe
  • European Union High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana
  • Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili
  • Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis
  • Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero

His boss, Barack Obama, called these guys:

  • Saakashvili
  • President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo of the Philippines
  • President Abdullah Gul of Turkey

Meanwhile, President George W. Bush called Moammar el-Qaddafi.
