As a professional who provides career counseling services for veterans and others with disabilities, I regularly attend all job fairs in my area (Phoenix). Crowds like this = the norm. A job fair is held here in PHX every six months at the Jobing.com Arena - home of the Cardinals, and this is precisely what it looks like. Hard truth is that, out here in Phoenix, a job fair packs Cardinal Stadium better than the football team.
