Bush never had a clue about Blackwater

Military expert Peter Singer is pretty rough on the U.S. Congress in this week's Seven Questions, "The Hired Guns of Iraq," but what about President George W. Bush? He doesn't seem to have done a lot of thinking about the legal implications of outsourcing the Iraq war to companies like Blackwater, either. Here's a stroll down memory lane.
