Joi Ito's terse summary of next year's dorky new business trend says it all:

It sounds like something dreamed up by an HR department for the annual corporate retreat. But according to Wired's Momus, it started in Berlin as an artsy social event. Ito says it was then taken up by a group of German hackers for their annual conference.
