Only six U.S. cities are prepared for a terrorist attack

Only six U.S. cities have achieved "Most Advanced" status, meaning the Department of Homeland Security thinks they're prepared to face a terrorist attack:

  • Washington, D.C.
  • San Diego, California
  • Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota
  • Columbus, Ohio
  • Sioux Falls, South Dakota
  • Laramie, Wyoming
