Mustachioed John Bolton's term as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations is coming to a close soon, and the latest parlor game inside the Beltway is to guess who might take his job. In particular, The Washington Note, the blog of the New America Foundation's Steve Clemons, has done a good job of naming names.
