Who won the first presidential debate?

I'd say it was very close,
I'd say it was very close, almost a tie, with maybe a slight lean towards Obama. Obama came out ahead in the first part of the debate which dealt with economic issues. The second part McCain did a lot better but Obama still got in a few punches, though this part was where McCain was supposed to dominate. At this point in the campaign, McCain needed something big so a tie is basically a loss for him.
Obama wins because
neither had much to say about the economy that made any sense and McCain didn't blow him away on national security or international relations....Obama wins
