THE PRESIDENT: Oh, yeah?
 
Q -- $4 a gallon gasoline this spring when they reformulate.
 
THE PRESIDENT: That's interesting. I hadn't heard that.
 
Q Yes, sir.
 
THE PRESIDENT: Yes. I know it's high now.
