Every year, the APEC summit provides nice photo-ops of world leaders donning the national outfits of the host country. This year was no exception. Yesterday, Chinese President Hu Jintao, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and U.S. President George W. Bush sported these spiffy Vietnamese tunics, clearly enjoying the nice draft the airy style provided.
